I am very thankful for Kristen and Smart Dog Pet Training for all their support with helping us to work better with Toby. He is a quick learner, and Kristen has shown us how to make working with Toby effective and fun. Glen is an excellent dog trainer!  He helped my daughter with her Frenchie and they are doing great together and he is always willing to answer my questions.  The one thing I like most about Glen is he comes to your location and works with your pet where they live which makes a big difference, rather than just going to a group class.  Then he meets you in a public location and works on socialization and behavior around other dogs.  He gives personalized attention to just YOUR pet. I can't say enough good things about Smart Dog Pet Training, LLC and our trainer, Glen.

When we first started training, Hope was very reactive and would not let people come into our home without barking and becoming very upset. Because I'm training Hope to become my service dog, it was important to find a trainer who understood our goals and could help us build a strong foundation.

From our very first session, Glen took the time to get to know both Hope and me. He listened carefully to our goals, explained what was causing Hope's behavior, and created a personalized training plan with clear milestones for us to work toward. I really appreciated how patient he was and how thoroughly he explained everything. He gave us the confidence to continue practicing between sessions because we understood not just what to do, but why we were doing it.

Over the six weeks, the transformation in Hope was incredible. He met every goal Glen had set for him, and we noticed a huge difference in his behavior. He's much quicker to settle down, easier to redirect, and so much more confident. We also feel much more confident as handlers because of everything Glen taught us.

What impressed me most was that Glen genuinely cared about our success. He celebrated Hope's progress with us and wanted to make sure we had the tools to continue building on what we learned after the program ended.

We're so thankful for Glen's guidance and expertise.
